I am heading to Maui later this week ... oh darn ... so I am in the mood to paint Hawaii paintings! There's something about painting palm trees that makes me happy. I went through all of my Hawaii photos (I have thousands ...) and found five great scenes to paint. Of course, all of them have palm trees. I will not have time to paint while I am gone so this week I am trying really hard to get ahead. So far, so good but for some reason I just can't stay ahead. It's sad ... when I get ahead I always end up taking a break, because I am ahead and soon I am behind again! Does this make sense?
I have a question for all of the artists out there. Do you paint ahead? And if you do, how do you do it???
